Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Additionally contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
